3600 Kraft Paper Production Line

        3600 and 120tpd fully automatic double wire kraft paper and pulp making machinery with material of virgin pulp and waste recycle carton box.

Overview

        This paper machine applies to make kraft paper with grammage 90-250gsm. The trimmed width on pope reel is 3600mm, working speed is 100-220m/min, capacity 120 tons per day, calculate at 24 hours. It could design with left-hand or right-hand type based on drive position.

        Design tension for felt is 4KN/m, working tension is 3KN/m.

        Strict quality control department will conduct complete quality inspection, to make sure frame alignment, rubber roll coating and crown, and all parts are correct and perfect paking to deliver to our customer.

        Before shipping we will assemble and test all parts in the pre-assembly workshop to ensure the alignment and integrity of the equipments, and complete all parts even nuts and bolts.

        We will send engineer to customer paper mill to support on installation and machine test running, also will train the workers on opperation.
