2900 Top Feed Rewinder

This rewinder is mainly suitable for rewinding finished paper with trimmed width of 2900mm and a fixed weight of 100-450gsm. This machine is a non axis double bottom roller up feeding and rewinding machine. The full width paper roll that has been preliminarily rolled on the rewinder is placed on the unwinding rack of the rewinder, cut and rewind into a certain width, diameter, and tightness of the paper roll. At the same time, poor quality paper is removed and broken ends are bonded.

The working principle of this machine is as follows: the web paper taken from the pope reel is placed on the paper unwinding rack, which is equipped with a pneumatic braking device to maintain a certain constant tension of the paper web. The paper web is led out downwards by the paper unwinding roll along the guide roller, and is longitudinally cut by the slitting system before being wrapped on the paper core. The paper core is driven by the front support roller to move the entire paper page forward.

The design speed of this rewinder is 850 meters/minute. The maximum diameter of the finished paper roll after rewinding is 1400mm, the maximum diameter of the original paper roll on the paper shelf is 2000mm, and the maximum width of the paper web is 3400mm (without cutting the paper edge).

This rewinder is divided into left and right hand drive machine, standing in front of the bottom roller and facing the paper roll. If the transmission part is located on the left side, it is called the left hand drive paper machine, otherwise it is called the right hand drive paper machine.
