    Overview

    This toilet paper production line applies to make 13-40gsm tissue paper, toilet paper, napkin, facial tissue, etc. The width on pope reel is 787-2850mm, working speed is 10-900m/min, capacity from 1 tons till 30 tons per day, calculate at 24 hours. It could design with left-hand or right-hand type based on drive position.

    Raw Material

    Raw material are available from recycled white paper, recycled note book, writing and printing paper etc.

    Strict quality control department will conduct complete quality inspection, to make sure frame alignment, rubber roll coating and crown, and all parts are correct and perfect paking to deliver to our customer.

    Before shipping we will assemble and test all parts in the pre-assembly workshop to ensure the alignment and integrity of the equipments, and complete all parts even nuts and bolts.

    We will send engineer to customer paper mill to support on installation and machine test running, also will train the workers on opperation.
