Overview

This model adopts a C-former and dehydration. The forming department includes a hydraulic headbox and a set of external network system; Equipped with a white water collection system, paper transfer system, external network cleaning system, etc. The formation of paper sheets is achieved through a hydraulic headbox, which evenly distributes the slurry between the forming cloth and the outer mesh angle. The C-former area is formed between the cloth and the outer mesh, and is drained by centrifugal force. The paper sheets are transferred to the cloth and enter the support and drying cylinder.

This new crescent tissue paper machine applies to make 12-40gsm tissue paper, toilet paper, napkin, facial tissue, etc. The maximum width on pope reel is 3950mm, working speed is 1200m/min, capacity 56 tons per day, calculate at 24 hours. It could design with left-hand or right-hand type based on drive position.

Raw Material

Raw material are available from recycled white paper, virgin pulp, straw, bagasse, bamboo and so on.

Design tension for felt is 4KN/m, working tension is 3KN/m.

Paper dryness out of wire part 13—18%, go into dryer cylinder 35—38%, at pope reel 90—92%.

Strict quality control department will conduct complete quality inspection, to make sure frame alignment, rubber roll coating and crown, and all parts are correct and perfect paking to deliver to our customer.

Before shipping we will assemble and test all parts in the pre-assembly workshop to ensure the alignment and integrity of the equipments, and complete all parts even nuts and bolts.

We will send engineer to customer paper mill to support on installation and machine test running, also will train the workers on opperation.
